Is this a case of you get what you pay for (bargain pictures) or just stubborn boys who don't want their picture made? 
And how about that middle child syndrome? I'm sure this one is going to come back and bite me in the bum, but Miles Avery wouldn't cooperate - so he got the boot (but a great picture of Mason & Merritt).
And then a week later, we get accosted by Picture People at the mall saying they need help training their photographers (now I think they really just wanted me to buy some pictures), so they photographed the older two boys (note the horrible home-day outfit Miles Avery has on and the school-day marker on Mason's face).

well, it looks like the trainees a the picture people did a good job! :) Emily did the same thing last time i took them both in August, she was very hesitant and didn't want to cooperate... but then i decided to take just Sophie 3 weeks later, and Emily wanted to jump right in and didn't understand why she wasn't supposed to :) Your boys all look very cute though! :) i love the sepia one of Merritt!
Love it! The hoome outfit fades away in the sweet smiles.
