Night and Day

My boys are as different as night and day (love that Cole Porter). But lately, they've had one thing in common - injury upon injury. If our family was a football team, they'd both be on injured reserve most of the time! Mason has a small crescent shaped cut on his nose and while it looks small now, yesterday, his entire face was covered in bright, red blood. There was so much, it was hard to tell where it was coming from (the cut, his nose and his mouth). He jumped off our cooler (in the tool shed) onto the bike trailer and landed on the bike trailer's wheel. And Miles Avery's little legs look like a war zone - scratch after scratch after scratch. But alas, there are happy moments (although brief)...

You know they have "people" who watch for "people" who abuse their children. Don't think we aren't on to you. BTW, those people came questioning us-Jackson has spent the last 5 nights in a big bed and has fallen out every single night. He has taken to sleeping on the floor now once he falls out!
